Took out the mountain bike for another easy ride. Couldn't pass up the mild weather and bright sunshine. Rode the bike path to Watkins and felt pretty good with a strong tailwind, but I suffered a little riding into the wind on Rock Cabin. Winds were gusting into the lower thirties. Not much of a ride but quite an improvement from yesterday. Unfortunately, the wind is bringing in some more cold weather with highs in the twenties and wind chills in the teens. It is forecast to go back into the sixties for the first week on March. Completed my weight training and hope to start racking up some serious miles on the road bike next week.
